Fees
I accept work on two different payment structures.
First, I accept fixed-sum contracts based on an agreed scope of work. This is my preferred approach, as it provides certainty to everyone involved and creates a reward for efficient, high quality work that is 'right the first time.'
Second, I accept work at a rate of $125 per hour, or $850 per day. This is the best approach for projects where the exact scope of work is not yet known.
Travel time is billed at $40 per hour, and all direct travel expenses are pre-approved, documented with receipts, and billed at cost.
We often discount or waive our fees for
not-for-profit and charitable organizations.
The Goods and Services Tax is not included in these fees, but is charged to non-exempt clients.
